Deposit Policy
25% deposit is due on all reservations at the time of reservation confirmation.
Deposit Refund & Cancellation Policy
A deposit refund of 85% of the 25% deposit will be refunded if the cancellation occurs at least fourteen (14) days prior to the rental commencement date.
No refunds will be given on a cancellation less than fourteen (14) days prior to rental commencement date or once a stay commences.
