Waterside Enterprises, LLC has released plans for the clubhouse at Everglades Isle, an exclusive Class A Motorcoach Retreat located in Everglades City.

The 8,500 square foot Old Florida style clubhouse includes a wrap-around veranda. It also features two spa treatment salons, a manicure and pedicure salon, full fitness center, multi-purpose room, a 60” flat screen TV, lockers, ladies and mens lounge-w/showers, laundry facilities, library reading room, fireplace & drawing room, sports bar with flat screen TV, pantry and kitchen amenities and a unique Light House Observation Deck overlooking the river.

Waterside Enterprises, LLC has released plans for Everglades Isle, an exclusive Class A Motorcoach Retreat located in Everglades City.

Everglades Isle will consist of only 61 motorcoach pads in a private, gated waterfront community with a clubhouse, marina and boat slips offering direct access to the Gulf of Mexico.
